Terms of Service — BYOK AI Liability
Woodes Trades provides a platform for market simulation and investment research tooling. The platform does not bundle, proxy, or absorb AI inference costs on behalf of users. By storing an API key in the BYOK Vault, you acknowledge that: (1) all inference requests are made under your own API provider account and subject to that provider's pricing and terms; (2) Woodes Labs is not liable for any charges incurred through your connected API key; (3) your key is encrypted with AES-256-GCM / pg_vault (pgsodium) and is never returned in plaintext through any Woodes API response; (4) you may remove your key at any time via Settings, which permanently deletes the vault secret. This platform is for simulated educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
